Errands - Discharging/transporting patients in wheelchairs, making deliveries, helping with donations, assisting with special projects and sometimes sitting with a patient.
Outpatient Surgery Center - Rooming patients, discharging/transporting patients
Surgery Phase II - Rooming patients, discharging/transporting patients
Wheelchairs/Wagons - Gathers, cleans, and distributes wheelchairs and wagons to the information desks and emergency department for visitor and family access.
Very Berry Good Reading Book Cart - Reading bedside with children or in outpatient areas of the hospital.
Greeter - Stationed at hospital entrances and information desks to greet, escort and provide wayfinding to visitors and families.
Family Resource Center - Greet families and provide assistance under the direction of staff.
Food Farmacy (Hospital Food Pantry) - Help families with food selection, eligibility requirements, and stocking shelves. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
NICU Desk - Warmly welcome and support the NICU families, Verify visitor ID wrist and daily visitor ID badges and facilitate communication with NICU staff and visitors.
Costumes - dress up in costumes provided and visit patients
Emergency Department - Spends time visiting patients, families, visitors in the waiting room and beside. Escorting patients and visitors and providing comfort items as directed by staff
Hospitality Cart - Rounds the hospital serving snacks to families and or staff members.
Cookie Cart - Offers patients an enjoyable baking activity at bedside.
Smiles with Style Cart- Offers approved patients complimentary beauty items to help the patient relax and feel better.
Craft Cart - Offers and assists in assembling donated craft kits to inpatient and outpatient areas.
Surgery Desk - Assists families with check-in, follows the patient surgery tracking system and update family caregivers as needed. Escort families to surgery consultation rooms, PACU and Phase II Recovery.
Cuddler - sing and cuddle babies in our NICU. There is a waiting list.

Customer Service Representative in the hospital Gift Shop. Tasks include helping patient families and employees select items, using a POS system to check the customer out and keeping the area neat and organized . Basic math skills and organization are required for this position.
